My husband and I saved this Emperor grandfather clock from being thrown away. It is missing the hands, weights, and pendulum.

Do you have any advice on how to restore it?

I've found replacement parts online but I'm unsure exactly which sizes we need or if it's even worth trying to repair the current mechanism.
