I've had these bumps on my neckline for about 3 months. They decrease/increase in size and bleed on and off. Ingrown hairs maybe? Some type of scalp fungus? Idk at this point. Should I just go directly to a dermatologist or is there something that I could possibly do at home? I wash my scalp almost every day or at least 4x weekly at a minimum. Honestly If I'm not washing with head and shoulders it's just Irish spring. Any thoughts on what these could possibly be? Thanks in advance.
