I bought this yellow onion today to use in a slow cooker pot roast, but when I began peeling it I saw that it looks more green than I've normally seen. Is it bad? Is it not ripe yet? Also is that darkish spot normal? Google was not helpful 😮‍💨 Thanks in advance!
