so iam trying to reset the password after clicking forget password its says to write the phone number after writing the phone number it asks to check the code given after writing the code it asks to go check email that i dont have access iam blocked from not only connecting but from resetting the password pls help as you can see this so stupid even tho the phone number is linked to account it still asks for a code in an email pls help
