Morning, some very beginner questions if I may.

Buying a house which I’d like to get a batter installed, to charge overnight on the cheap 7p rate vs 33p day rate

Looking at our maximum daily usage (everyone home/wfh etc) 10.6kWh average is between 6-7.

Looking at boxt as a quick example it recommends at 10.6kWH battery sunsynk with a 3.6kW inverter.

Would that be sufficient or should I see if the inverter can be upsized to the 5kW version or is there no real need? Is the inverter size important for anything more than charging time?

The idea of being able to shift our entire usage to 7p rates is pretty attractive with more average days having a surplus that could be exported?
