I should mention that YES, I did check Herobloks. Didn't find anything matching the print quality and overall plastic quality. The plastic on the helmet is deformed and seems to be spray-painted, since the inside is barely covered, and the body prints are flat, no silver used.
It does seem to be based on one of the older Vader minifigures before the two-piece helmet, most likely the 2010 design with pupils. The buttons here are blue instead of green.
