So normally when I make soup I bake my veggies, transfer to a pot, add stock and then puree. I'm wondering if it would work instead for me to boil potatoes and cauliflower and whatever other vegetables in stock and then puree in the same pot? I wanna only use one pot if possible cuz I'm feeling a little under the weather and wanna cut down on dishes for myself later. But also curious how or if this will affect the flavour from how I normally make soup. Any opinions welcome!

If there is anywhere, that is. Heard it's good for some medical stuff I'm going through and want to see if there's anywhere local I can get it before jumping online.
