Recommendation for outdoor passive speakers (baseball field)

Hi all-
Our little league field wants to beef up their speaker setup. Right now there are two Bose speakers above home plate (I believe they're 251s but I can't climb up to see them) that work fine, but don't get much sound beyond 1st/3rd base.
I ran a test with some 100W/400W peak speakers on the dugouts above 1st and 3rd, and they were plenty loud enough - but they are powered speakers (which we don't need), and they aren't rated for outdoors (we're planning on a permanent mount).
Does anyone have recommendations for outdoor passive speakers that can handle 100W RMS? Everything I can find is either less powerful (which I could consider getting more of to handle the area coverage, but there's not really any other good/safe places to mount them), or quite a bit more powerful and out of our price range.
