Xfinity NOW says my service is paused but it's not and my modem is not available says I owe a balance. It was working fine until my auto pay didn't work I tried to add a new card but had to turn off auto pay and now all this is happening. It says it's active they charged my card I don't know what to do.
Xfinity has no support for me. It's like my modem is blocked now.
