Upgraded Through Chat But Service Wasn't Upgraded

I chatted with a rep on April 27th to change my service. I'm on a legacy plan that isn't offered anymore. I was offered a new plan that was double my current speed for less than what I am currently paying, after two $10 discounts were applied. I was given a link to use to an Xfinity page where I had to agree to paperless billing, which I did, and that was the 1st discount. I also was offered another discount for customer loyalty. When the two $10 discounts were applied, that got me to a price that was acceptable.

Several days went by with no change to my service. I reached out via chat again and was told that the new agent could not see the original offer or any of the chat that I had on April 27th. I logged into my account online the other day and verified that I still had the legacy service active, so after all of that chatting, apparently absolutely nothing changed.
