I friend built a PC for me and he assembled it with 3 front intake fans, 1 rear exhaust, and 2 fans mounted above the power supply (inside the case).

Is this a normal or efficient airflow setup? Would it be better to move those two internal fans to the top of the case as exhausts instead?
