Weird that it isn't an option to change the clock format. I didn't have this issue with the clock format on my X3.

Settings > Date and Time > Date and Time both work, but time there isn't an option to change the clock format.

I messaged their website chat and they apologized as they don't have a fix for it. Hoping they update the firmware soon. It's not a big deal, but I believe it should be an option and a fix.
