Hello!! Long story short. I lost 3 jobs since the start of the year and I am getting discouraged. In the interviews, I disclosed my autism and said they don't have to hire me if that's a deal breaker. They hire me anyway and then I lose my job over reasons such as "You're just not a good fit". Im sorry I'm so awkward and it's hard for me to get along with people. How are you going to hire me knowing full well I have autism and then fire me with no warning and no talking to. Im sorry but I know they have a business to run. But they could at least... talk to me first. Need some serious advice because Im so lost.
