I recently attemped to go through the process to get the Verified badge for my LinkedIn account.

However as my Author name is a pseudonym, I can't complete verification because I don't have an ID card or passport in that name. I emailed their customer service but did not get an answer.

Surely the fact that my book is for sale on Amazon proves that some identity check took place?

Any ideas for a workaround?
