I bought a secondhand W1 washing machine a couple of months ago with high hopes for Twindos. Unfortunately I suspect its blocked.

After a Twindos washing cycle has completed the display reads "Insert a new cartridge or fill container 1. Check the wash result". I am using the refillable containers which are full.

When I run the cleaning cycle in the Dispensing Unit menu the display hangs on "Please wait" for 6-7 minutes and then says "Insert cartridge or fill container". I repeat this several time but end up going in circles.

I have tried filling the container with warm water, warm water + vinegar, warm water + bicarb soda, and water water + coffee cleaning tablets.

Do I have to get a technician out or is there any other way to solve this?
