I'm posting this here primarily because I passionately dislike vague posting, and that I feel like those in the know have been giving an inaccurate portrayal of was actually going on. With most people saying "Oh don't worry about it It's just personal stuff she'll be back" or something to that effect, when it seems to be, potentially, quite the opposite.
I furthermore believe that she understands posting it anywhere would mean posting it everywhere, But even if she would have feel comfortable posting it publicly on Twitter, not the kind of thing you do in her situation, not to mention brushing up against any clauses in her contract that may get her in trouble for speaking out on issues like this. Not saying that exists by the way, just one of a multitude of reasons why she wouldn't want to post this on any primary communication channels.
I wholeheartedly believe that sharing this information with the public is to the benefit of the talents that are so obviously butting heads with the corporation in recent years.
I don't have any particular feelings one way or the other together about Mori/DD. I'm not really a fan of her stuff, but she seems broadly like a perfectly fine human being. Regardless of this, I absolutely stand behind anyone withholding labor to fight for better working conditions, even if they're famous and wealthy vtubers such as Calli. Let's all hope for the sake of the talents we enjoy watching, as well as ultimately the organization through which they're affiliated with, that they can win better working conditions for themselves through solidarity with one another.
I hope they all understand that regardless of generation, branch, or country of origin, they are all in it together. I think there is clearly a culture of silence for these kind of things, partly due, I imagine, due to not wanting to trouble anyone else with their problems; and if I am correct about that, then I hope that changes as the understanding grows that they are all members of the same class, and that an injury to one is an injury to all.
If nothing changes then surely we will continue to see popular talents graduate and ultimately a slow decline in the agency as a whole. This is the inevitable conclusion to quickly growing publicly treated company such as Cover, because it is not enough to grow. They must continue to grow forever. Since that's not possible, the conclusion is always to drop more work on the workers while also cutting down in resources through firings and slashing benefits. We've already seen this happen to holostars, and I'm very sorry to say that it's only a matter of time before It happens to hololive too.
Edit: I forgot to add that both images are part of one post. The second image was, perhaps maliciously as stated in an accusation I saw, left out of the initial image. I got this from 4chan, one reason I left out as to why I'm sharing this is that I don't want anyone else having to go to 4chan to find out the context for all this.
