Help with a refund
Hi all bit of a long one but just wanted to come here for any advice or answers people may have.
So to begin I originally had an order with 2 separate transactions through Klarna I’ll call them X and Y for now but it was the same thing. Long story short I never got the service so went through my bank for a charge back refund, the bank sided with me in the refund and gave me the money back which I initially paid on X and Y. Balance X has now disappeared and Klarna has wiped this from my account but balance Y has remained but is frozen, which has been like this for 2-3 months now and every time I speak to someone they give me the same crap that someone is going to look into it and I never seem to get a good answer from them. So all I’m asking is has anyone had similar things where a balance which has been refunded hasn’t gone away for ages or what should I do about it.
TLDR: Got two payments for the same thing call them X and Y, got refunded for both but balance X has been removed from my account and I don’t owe anymore and Y has still remained and is frozen and Klarna won’t give me a good answer to why it’s still remaining
