In case anyone asks about the "July" on the cover:

Cover dates on old comics were not publication or ship dates, but served to inform newsstand vendors when to remove unsold copies from points of purchase. This issue was shipped on March 8th and published on April 12th with a July cover date.

By the way, the film was released on May 25th.

Despite the series, this issue is fully canon to the prime Marvel Universe, basically being an epilogue to the original Invaders series.
