My car is typically parked in front of my house, in a driveway that is off the street. My neighbor was working on his truck while underneath it and shifted it into neutral. His tires weren't blocked and his truck went rolling down our street, this is on a hill , and slammed into the back of my car on the right side, causing my car to jolt forward about 6ft before being stopped by my dumpster. My car was in good shape before this. I didn't think anything would be wrong with the engine from this collision. The day I picked it up from the body shop, my car gives me the error "reduced power to engine" . I get it to the mechanic and they say fluid is leaking "everywhere" , a vacuum is shot, and the camshaft is twisted. My car was PERFECT before the collision. But now I am fighting with insurance because they deemed this minor cosmetic repair. What do I do?
