HI, I picked up a used Game Boy Advance SP and noticed the CPU pins look like this under magnification. Several pins seem uneven, with excess solder and what looks like a previous reflow/rework attempt. I’m not sure if this is just bad soldering causing intermittent issues or if the CPU itself may already be damaged.

The console has reading issues and I’m trying to determine whether this is still repairable with a proper reflow/reball of the existing chip, or if it would require replacing the CPU entirely.

From your experience, do these joints look salvageable, or does this usually mean the chip is already compromised? Any advice before I attempt rework would be appreciated
