Morning all! I am currently running an old school US Acoustics USA-2150 amp on my Power Acoustik PA3-12H subwoofer, wired for 4ohms, in a Skar slot ported box tuned to 35hz. Gain properly set using a multimeter. Sony XAV-AX6000 head unit. 4awg OFC cabling.

The amp is rated at 500w rms while the sub is rated for 800w rms.

Would I see or feel any real world difference if I went with a 800w rms amp? Or am I overthinking it? It hits decently hard in my small square car as is.
