Im having fun setting up a deep pyramid structure in my country and I want to simulate those teams that are composed of inmigrants. I know in the past you could change "based nation" on a team and the regens would come from that country, but alas that won't work anymore. Has anyone been able to succesfully recreate this feature in newer FMs?

Been wanting to get back to FM, decided against going to FM26 but I've found it difficult to find a place to get FM24, even with the links provided in previous threads. So I have two questions basically.
Cheapest option I've seen is to buy an Epic Games account (Steam accouts go for a little more), I've seen it for around 5-8 dollars. With this, has anyone taken this route and what are the risks associated with this?
Does anyone know any other option? Ideally would be a steam key, but I've seen those for about $200 or more which is unreasonable.
