Been running a pep stack since 4/1. Start weight was 254, this morning 5/2 I am 219 pounds. Paired with a slew of vitamins, a dialed in diet and gym 5-6 days a week, my stack is this:
Reta 1.5mg 2x a week
Tesamorellin 2mg daily
Ghkcu 3mg daily
Also running enclomiphene 12.5mg daily due to my test being low at the start, but was unsure about jumping straight into test. Recently picked up HGH, thought about running it in the morning fasted after Tesa at night, but still unsure.
My strength is maintaining/increasing still even while losing weight, I’m looking for anything that might help increase strength, energy, and muscle definition as I continue forward to my goal of lean shredded 190-200 pounds. There’s no wrong answers, all suggestions are appreciated!
