Today my RE decided to cancel the FET after 3 weeks of estrogen (including ten day of double-dosing vaginally) didn’t get the lining above 5.7. (I’ve also been on a low dose of Lupron as well). We’re having a call later this week to regroup but it sounds like she wants to try a natural cycle with stim. For those who had to cancel, how long until you got a period?

And, any questions to ask or tests to run? It’s been a frustrating journey to this point so I’m already feeling defeated.

Hi there! I recently started renting out a new apartment on my property and it's doing pretty steady business. I don't want to get caught off guard next year with tax season, though, and wondering how much I should expect to set aside — I've heard everything from 10 to 30 percent.

I have a separate bank account for everything rental, and will pay interest on the loan as well as cleaners, increased property taxes, and refilling consumables. Similarly, what should I expect to deduct?
