I'm thinking of building a Console-like Gaming PC on the Terra, any thoughts?

I've never had a pc before, only gaming laptops so this would be my first build. The reason I've decided to go this route is because, as much I've love my laptops, they obviously can't be upgraded and getting them repaired when something breaks is a pain.

For my build I'm looking to build a console-like gaming pc in the Fractal Terra that I can play at 4k 60 fps on my living room. Due to current market conditions and budget constrains, I'm thinking of buying used parts whenever possible for this build. I would be buying everything in the US.

Now I have made several days worth of research so far on the Terra so I don't encounter anything unexpected but I would still like a second opinion on the parts I picked.

This is the list so far:

CPU: I5-12400 (I can't afford to buy everything at once, so I decided to go for this over the I5-12400F so I can have a working PC in the meantime)

GPU: AMD Powercolor Reaper Radeon RX 9070 XT (This particular model seems lke it would fit easily in the Terra)

Motherboard: ASRock B760M-ITX/D4 WiFi

RAM: 32GB (2 x 16GB) Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3600 CL16

Cooler: Noctua NH-L12S

Power Supply: Corsair SF750 80+ Platinum (I'm not sure if I should buy the SF850 instead)

Case: Fractal Design Terra

Bottom Fan: Noctua NF-A12x15 PWM + fan grill

Top Fan?: I've seen some people mounting a top fan on the Terra with a custom mod but I'm still looking into how this impacts thermals.

I can't buy everything at once, so I'm planning to buy everything through the rest of this year, like one or two parts per month, until I complete the build around December. So I was wondering what parts to get first, probably the RAM.

Total estimated budget: 1,200 to 1,500
