Free and open to the public, sticker swap Saturday evening from 5-7pm at Hey Now Pizza 607 Main St. in Beech Grove. Bring blanks, markers, black books, and stickers. If you’ve never been to Hey Now Pizza, bring your appetite too because they have some delicious pizza! There will be lots of free stickers.

I’ve spent the past 40 or so years trying to make “perfect” art with clean lines and proper perspective and following the “rules”. I made this piece yesterday using thrifted canvases and found objects to hold them together. It was the most joy I’ve had making art possibly ever, letting go of trying to make something perfect and just letting myself create.
