IN 2018 My father financed a phone through bajaj emi card , the payment wast made fully and after a year or so the bajaj guys started calling harassing saying you haven't completed the installments and things and we get to know that the money from our account has been deducted but the system of bajaj didn't recorded it and now in 2026 they say the arrear of 16k has become 70k something , i told my father to get the bank statement related to emi , please help us what to do next.
