So I have a quick question. If I were to put in a request for an 8 hr day 2 weeks ago for tomorrow (Monday the 4th) and it was approved would I get in trouble if I called out? Thank you!

I don’t think this one will ever smooth out😆. He’s been through three weeks of 1st and a week in each of the other stages.

Good evening everyone. My son was getting his next round of rocks ready to start. And came across a piece is serpentine (i believe or thought). Are the goldish flakes another form of pyrite? He brought it up to us and said it sparked his attention due to it being more goldy than typical pyrite and than it started flaking when he picked at it to inspect.
