She DOES have eczema, but using the normal treatments for that has not seemed to help clear this up. I thought maybe contact dermatitis, but they do not bother her in the slightest. Possibly acne, but ive tried some light cleanser and it doesnt seem to make a difference. Any thoughts or suggestions?
