Hey everyone,

I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced localized skin sensitivity while on a similar research protocol.

I’m currently 3 weeks into this stack and have titrated up to the following:

Current Protocol:

• Retatrutide: 2mg once per week (pinned PM).
• Tesamorelin: 2mg (5 days on / 2 days off, pinned fasted AM).
• KLOW Blend (BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, GHK-Cu): 4mg (pinned fasted AM with Tesa).

The Issue:

Starting this week, I’ve developed significant skin sensitivity specifically on the upper legs and lower abdomen. It’s highly sensitive to touch, clothing friction, and temperature changes (hot/cold).

There is no visible rash or redness, just the sensation of "raw" or overstimulated nerves.

Questions for the group:

  1. Could the GHK-Cu in the KLO blend be contributing? I know it's great for skin remodeling, but I’m wondering if the systemic dose is causing a weird nerve response.
  2. For those who had this, did it resolve as your body adjusted, or did you have to drop the dose/frequency?

Looking for any insight or "lab results" from your own experiences. Thanks! 🙏🏻

Questions for the group:

  1. Has anyone experienced this specifically with Retatrutide? I’ve seen some anecdotal reports of GLP-1/GIP/GCG agonists causing "skin pain," but I'm curious if Reta is the likely culprit here.

I need your help. I am trying to transform the garden while my fiancée is working away for a couple of days. I want it to be a massive surprise when she gets back.

Here’s where I'm at:

  1. The Photos: I’ve attached pictures of all the planters I have to work with, plus a general shot of the garden.

  2. The Work So Far: I’ve de-weeded all of the astro-turf and power-washed the floor. I'm going to be painting the fences this afternoon.

  3. The Panic: This is where I am totally stuck. I have zero gardening experience. Like, I don’t even know what I don't know. The final step is getting these planters looking great, but I'm feeling completely lost and vulnerable to be honest. I don't want to buy a load of flowers and have them all dead in a week because I messed up the prep.

So, I’m looking for some proper beginner, step-by-step guidance. Assume I know nothing (because I don't!).

Specifically, I could use some advice on:

Prep: What do I do with the planters first? They've just got old soil in them (if anything) at the moment. Do I need to drill holes? Add gravel?

Compost: Is all compost the same? What should I be buying? Just a big bag of "multipurpose" stuff from the garden center?

Plants/Flowers: What are some good, hardy, "idiot-proof" plants that will look nice straight away? The garden gets quite a bit of sun during the day.

The "How-To": Literally, how do I plant them? Is it as simple as "dig a hole, put the plant in, and cover it"?

I’m on a bit of a timeline here as she’s back in a couple of days. Any advice, links to guides, or "Planters for Dummies" tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me save this surprise!

Hi All 👋🏼 you were all so helpful on my last post that I thought I’d ask another question on something that is bugging me.

I have just started Tesamorelin (alongside Reta and KLOW) and I have a couple of questions.

Firstly regarding reconstitution - recommendations online say to recon a 10mg vial, you add 3ml of BacWater. This means that a standard 2ml dose is 60 units! Which is a huge injection and causes me discomfort. Could I just add in 1ml or 2ml and lower the units? Or is there a reason for that high of an amount?

Also, curious if anyone has had any side effects such as Nausea? For reference I take it first thing in the morning fasted.

Thanks all
