How do I make people take me seriously?

Hii! I'm having a bit of an issue I keep thinking about😅

I'm a trans man, but heavily closeted Irl, and unfortunately for me a trans man that still loves feminine stuff

Within the next few years after I'm dome studying I would wanna go to a sexologist to get all the diagnoses and prescriptions and pretty much everything needed to transition. But there's one big problem.

It's that I am a trans man, yes..but I have long hair..and painted nails..and I like fashion and make-up..and unfortunately I also live in eastern Europe

I'm just pretty scared they won't take me seriously at all and dismiss me completely😅 'cause like for example my transition goal isn't to pass as a cis man, my goal is to reach peak androgyny (so think Alucard from castlevania or the Undertaker from black butler type of looks)

Does anyone have any advice on how to make sure they don't dismiss me? Should I pretend my goals are diffrent? Should I collect things to prove myself? Should I just give up? I dunno

(Btw sorry if the english is bad I'm not a native speaker)

Heyy I'm hoping to get a few reccomendations or advice on this one smaller issue ◕‿◕

I am not a huge fan of showing my skin, but I love dressing alt, and especially love dressing in darker colors

And I'm sure anyone who's like me always had trouble in warm tempatures

I can't seem to find good alternative clothing that's full coverage that wouldn't boil me during the summer.

I'm hoping to find some advice here on how to stay cool and or some clothing brand/DIY reccomendations :D

(Btw sorry if the sentences sound weird or the spelling is wrong, english is not my first language🥲)

(And if it's relevant my personal style can be compared to Tanbi kei, Ouji lolita or victorian goth) 。◕‿◕。
