Hi, I am thinking of putting up a racquet court facility where I live, would a court like this be feasible? (ignore the basketball hoops they are meant to be umpires chairs)

Wherein the center pickleball lines would align with each tennis court baseline? would it be better if all the lines colors were white? I would assume it would be a bit distracting if the lines colors changed from white to black while playing. How can I improve all the colors for visibility and to make both our tennis and pickleball players happy? This is because I want to host both tennis and pickleball tournaments here. Thanks
