I'm trying to learn to write romance for future writing, but I don't know where or how to start. What are some ways I can study and learn?

As the title said, I need a bit of hair help and advice. So my hair was longer when I was younger, then I hit high school and it stopped growing and started breaking. I've changed my shampoo and conditioner, and added the appropriate oil, but it's still not growing. It's current phase is what I call the Marge Simpson's sisters hairstyle when down. It's like it stopped growing.

What can I do to get it to grow longer?
