Need some advice! Have been working hard at a company just under 2 years. My first year in the role I was doing the job that I was hired for and was doing very well - had really excelled in my reviews. Cut to 6 months ago the role expanded significantly . recently had my review and my manager has given me some positive and more challenging feedback with things to work on in the next month. If this is not done I’ll be put on a PIP. Realistically I want to quit anyway but don’t want my hard work to go to waste and would love to leave on a good note. What would everyone’s advice be?
