Transatlantic Ryanair
Flying from Shannon to JFK. Live in NY fly home every 4-6 months. A panel broke and they had to take bags off. Long story short they took my bag off and it arrived to my apartment in NY Monday at 11.45 pm when we got into JFK Saturday at 6 pm. Stuff happens but the issue is the captain promised the bags were going to Dublin and would be there that night. Then the ground staff in JFK said the next morning. Then when I called the next morning they said that afternoon. Just constant lies to deflect accountability. My bag was filthy when it arrived as well. Not to mention the food was like something they would eat on the international space station and the flight was 1.5 hours late with the whole fiasco. I then submitted a claim to buy some clothes totalling 80 USD with no reply. I think the whole thing is just poorly managed. Does anyone have any thoughts on it or have a similar experience where you felt like it had a satisfactory resolution?
