Lately these have been feeling like a legit punch in the chest. Scares the heck out of me every time and fills me with anxiety. Anyone have the same experience?

Please comment what your heart palpitations feel like. Mine are like a thump in my chest. Like someone punching the inside of my chest. Sometimes they are violent.

I get a lightheaded feeling after and an intense rush of anxiety.
