People now seem to be even more convinced than ever that Daredevil is going to be in Brand New Day because he's in prison and there is a shot in the BND trailer of Spidey in prison. Whilst it isn't completely impossible, I don't really see how it makes much sense. Breaking Daredevil out of prison in a Spider-Man film seems completely nonsensical (in my opinion) as that is something that will definitely happen in Daredevil's own show and not a separate film that isn't even his. Whilst he could make a cameo in the prison, that is probably the most it will be but it is more than likely that BND has scenes in a different prison as there really is no narrative reason for Matt to make an appearance and Marvel seems to be making a conscious effort these days for things to have genuine narrative reasons beyond fan service.
TLDR: Whilst it isn't impossible for Daredevil to make a small cameo appearance in BND, he almost certainly isn't going to have a substantial role and I don't think people should hype themselves up for an appearance at all as it doesn't really make an kind of narrative sense.
