Replacing a 13 year old Lennox 3-ton 2-stage inverter system in Florida and got a few quotes but no idea about models or brands. Looking for advice on some of these. It's a 2,000 sq foot house in SWFL and we're also looking at tweaking the ductwork by the kids room as they're always hot and everyone that looked said the ducts were too small and it was using a triangle box or something so that's part of the quotes. Dropped the three quotes in ChatGPT to clean it up into something readable on Reddit and condense everything. Looking at staying with a 2-stage since we've been told we would feel the difference if we went down to a 1-stage. Here's how it looks... thanks for any feedback.
