Husqvarna TS148X Axle Issue

A buddy gave me his 2024 TS148X after moving to something better suited for his yard. I have some history on it, but not much more than maintenance and a couple of issues he knew about that I have taken care of.

I'm having a severe issue with the front axle and I cannot determine the cause. There is noticeable side to side play on the axle. I went to replace the center pivot bushings assuming they were worn and they were near identical to the replacements and showed little signs of wear. I installed the replacements with no change, so I took them back out.

The bore of the axle hole is a bit tapered and mic'd around 26/27mm on the outside. I can't find specs on the center bore to confirm what it should be.

I have attached video here as well:

There is some slight bends in the muffler guard but nothing I could see to show substantial impact. The axle mount channel looks pretty straight, so I'm unsure what to do.

What I do know is, it's scrubbing the tires hard and you can feel it in the steering wheel when hard turning. Any ideas of what to look at? Or is this somehow normal and my tie rods are the culprit? Happy to answer any questions!

Thanks y'all!
