I had an interview and they said I was perfect for the role and all of the above, they really liked my experience and that I have a very strong interview. But then I get a call saying I didn’t get it and that they decided by a coin flip. Am I right to think it’s very unfair that this thing I prepped for and tried my best for was just decided by a coin flip and I was rejected. Kind of disregarding the whole experience, skills and answers to the interview questions? Plus the feedback was that I shouldn’t change anything and there’s nothing to improve.

They also only gave 2 second stage interviews as well so they may have either done coin flip after the first one or idk maybe a third interview.
