Manipal, Udupi....all of India...Why do smokers feel the need to huff and puff every place??

Every building you enter in Manipal....Be it Mandavi, Kyoto building, etc. Smokers right at the entrance. Welcome to the building with a good dose of smoke.

Roys Cafe, Terra Haus, or any open food place.... Every 10mins you get a side of smoke served with your food. And half the time it's the owners of the place.

Smokers should smoke far far far away from dining areas and building entrances!! Actually all public spaces.
