Found this odd mark, worried it's a BCC mole, 19, area usually covered by shirt

Found this on the side of my breast, kind of looks like a BCC? I was wondering if this is the type of concerning where I should go to the doctor really. The mark is raised, slightly tender, it looks like there's blood inside (it's mostly slightly pink but there's dark red under the skin in a clump-looking shape that makes it look darker on camera) you can kind of see the scale from my finger in the second picture, it's about the size of a large pimple. I'm 19, and it's not in an area that gets too much sunlight, so I know it's not likely a BCC mole, just thought I'd get an opinion.

Thanks in advance, I'll keep an eye on it either way.
