Appeared on two different days (blue first).

Yesterday I noticed a few itchy spots on my forearm, this moring more appeared (now around 12 in total, grouped in 2 spots). I looked through my bed and saw tiny dark spots on my pillow. Am I overreacting or are these bedbugs?
