Found this dude on the closet wall crawling around leisurely. After capture dude was released outside, skittering off into the darkness.

Hi, I want to know what this is so I can figure out how to care for it.

This is not a recent picture and the plant is doing better- after being burnt to shit outside- showing signs of new growth.
