Recently built this stand my cube scape. Used channel aluminium and made some shelves to finish it off.

Looking for some advice, noticed what looks like a worm sticking out of my Ram. No other fish are showing this symptom but worried it’s going to spread. The infected Ram is still eating and acting normal. Recommendations for medicine or what my next step should be ?
