Hi all,

I’m trying to understand what happened with my Outlier account and whether anyone has had a similar experience.

I was actively working on projects and had even submitted a travel request for an emergency trip. My access was later paused, and after review, I received a response stating that my account “doesn’t align with Community Guidelines” and that they are “unable to reactivate or process further appeals.”

I’d like to ask:

Has anyone received this exact response and later been reinstated?

Did anyone manage to get a clear explanation from support?

Is there any realistic path forward once “no appeals” is mentioned?

Appreciate any insights—just trying to understand where things stand.
