Need advice for my first time bottoming, please help!

So I'm 18 and I'm a virgin and recently found someone online and we've been talking and he's in my city for a couple of days , he's been wanting to meet up actually but I know what he'd want honestly and I just do think I'll be ready for THAT. I have no idea how to douche, I bought a douche and watched some videos on YouTube on how to douche and I attempted recently, somehow the water goes in but I don't know how much I'm supposed to put in. And I don't have any lube for the douche so I put baby oil as lubricant, hope that's ok....?
So I kinda got the hang of it but had to keep reapplying the baby oil to the nozzle and insert and somehow still kinda hurts when it's going in but I ignore it. As for bottoming idk what to do. I don't know how to warm up, I own no toys, no dilators, no proper lube even if I were to warm up using my fingers, would the baby oil work again?
Would bottoming with Vaseline still do the trick?
Any tips or advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
I'm gonna be meeting him this week cause he's leaving over the weekend to go back to school and I don't wanna miss the opportunity. Also I heard it's very painful and what can I do to bear through that pain or at least lessen it.
