First off you can be perfectly fine watching Re:zero normally and this is not necessary.

Now before starting the watch order I want to go over a few things

• I will be using the regular version of s1 for simplicity but regular S1 was removed everywhere (rip media preservation)
  • 1 Episode of the directors cut = 2 episodes of regular (I will have it marked)
• Break times episodes are suppose to be watch after there corresponding main show episode
  • Break time for S1 is weird
    • First 11 episodes you watch S1 of break time
    • Last 14 are non canon series called Re:Petit (Good to watch for characterization)
  • To follow with the directors cut version you have 3 options
    • Watch it after the end title card
    • Watch it after the full episode but watch 2 episodes of breaktime
    • Do it how you want to do it
• I'm doing 2 versions of the watch order (By release or By timeline)
  • Release
    • Frozen bonds sets up a unknown character for S2
    • This is the intended way to watch it
  • Timeline
    • Memory Snow has character's shown that are not seen yet (They have barley any speaking lines and are only shown for a few seconds)
    • I'm watching this way for my rewatch
