I have a wide and short nail bed what goes well with it? Honestly I don't like acrylic and other fake stuff

Haven't tried stickons yet

When i try to grow my nails the nail bed just moves back further cause of dirt and stuff getting stuck under the nail so i just avoid growing them too much

Ps: Was a nail-biter long back which also got my nail bed shorter
