This is the third time I’ve highlighted my daughter‘s hair with foil, and I’m happy with some of the platinum color that I achieved! in the second picture I’ve lifted a platinum section of her hair and am revealing a golden section- that didn’t lift as much-why do you think this is? Do you think it was that I didn’t use enough bleach in this area? or for a different reason? If you have any comments for a better outcome please comment! ❤️
